Paul Schroeder

Beginning his career in 1985 Paul trained as an engineer alongside Nigel Green and Tim Friese Greene at Battery Studios in north west London. Coming to prominence during the Acid House movement, Paul conspired with legendary Chicago producers Marshall Jefferson, Kevin “Reece” Saunderson, DJ Pierre and Adonis, amongst others, to produce many hits of the time.

In 1989 he began a long association with the legendary Stone Roses, engineering their first album (voted Best Album Of All Time by the readers of the NME) and producing their second. He quickly gained a reputation as a hands-on producer who understands uncompromising rock bands. An impassioned fan of live music, Paul always manages to capture the spirit of a great live band within the confines of the studio.

Paul have many award-winning, gold and multiplatinum credits, amongst others:
Donna Summer, Talk Talk, A Tribe Called Quest, The Verve & The Upper Room.
 		 
Adam Sampler

Adam is a platinum selling producer / engineer with a long history as a producer
mostly in the genres of Hip Hop & Soul.
Adam joined Baby Factory in 2007 and is mainly responsible for Studio C
where he's the engineer and producing beats for clients.

Peter Omoreka Lehmann

Engineer / producer

Peter has great success mixing and producing bands in Scandinavia.
He was the owner of Baandkraft Studios in Copenhagen which unfortunately
burned down in 2007.

Peter is also a highly regarded guitarist and songwriter.
He has produced and recorded more than 100 productions.
Peter joined Baby Factory in 2009

Les Camacho

Engineer / producer

Les Camacho is a multitalented and experienced Los Angeles-based audio engineer.
Beginning his career in a studio in Miami at the age of 13 he then moved to
Los Angeles and came under the wings of Alan Parsons.
A consummate professional. He really understands how to preserve the
"live" sound of a band while in the studio.

After more than 20 years experience, he has many ward-winning, gold and
multiplatinum credits
